Welcome to Teaz Hair! We're delighted to have you as part of our salon family. Your trust means everything to us, and we want to ensure your experience with us is exceptional.
Please take a moment to review our Booking Policy, designed to provide the best possible service to our community.
Booking Fee and Payment Options We want to make sure you get the gorgeous hair you deserve! When booking your appointment with us, we'll ask for a booking fee of 50% of your service cost. Don't worry - this fee comes right off your total when you visit us.
Once booked, any cancellation will result in the loss of your booking fee regardless of the notice given. We can transfer your booking fee to a new appointment once, but only with at least 48 hours notice. For any changes to your booking with less than 48 hours notice, there's an additional $50 late cancellation fee that you will be required to pay before any further bookings are scheduled.

Future Bookings For future appointments, you'll receive an automatic payment link at the time of booking. This deposit must be paid at least one week before your appointment to secure your booking. Unpaid deposits may result in appointment cancellation.
Respecting Our Time Together As a boutique salon, we value every appointment. Your commitment helps us maintain our high standard of service and respect the time of both our team and other clients.
Cancellation Policy We require 48 hours' notice for any cancellations. No-shows may incur a fee up to $150 or the full service cost, whichever is less. Future appointments may require full payment at time of booking.
Preparing for Your Appointment • Please arrive on time to your appointment • We recommend wearing clothing suitable for salon services.
Appointment Confirmation You'll receive an automated SMS confirmation system. Simply reply "YES" or "NO". A reminder will be sent seven days before your appointment. If we don't receive a response after multiple attempts within 48 hours, we may need to release your appointment time.
Health and Safety While we understand unexpected illness can occur, our cancellation policy remains in effect. Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.
Your Satisfaction If you're not completely satisfied with your service, please let us know within 7 days. Your feedback is important to us, and we'll work quickly to address any concerns.
