How to prepare for your appointment at Teaz Hair

Shampoo your hair the day before your appointment, as shampooing encourages blood flow to your scalp, which can cause irritation if a colour is applied to freshly washed hair. On the contrary, dirty hair creates a barrier to colour, so please ensure your hair is clean and free of product.

How to find us

We are located at Shop 3/30 Guide Street, Jamboree Heights right next door to Madders Brothers Patisserie.

There is ample free parking in the carpark or on the street.

What to expect when you arrive

You will be greeted at the reception desk upon arrival. Please ensure to come alone to your appointment, unless alternative arrangements have been discussed with our team.

If you’re new to us, you’ll be given a ‘Client Information Card’ to complete before your service. If you are an existing client we may ask you to update some details.

You will also be given a glass of lemon water and a beverage menu for your processing time.

Please ask us for the toilet key as this is locked to the public.

We know your visits are long and you may want to enter cyber space; WIFI details can be provided upon request.
