Terms & Conditions

To protect all of our loyal client’s appointments, to protect our business from loss of trading, and to ensure your appointment is relaxing and enjoyable, we have adapted the following salon policies. We may use our discretion and waive the policy where we deem necessary.

We greatly appreciate your support of our business and we will endeavour to provide the utmost professional service to you at every appointment.

If this is your first time booking with us at Teaz Hair and you’re wanting a hair transformation. We recommend booking in a consultation with one of our stylists first. 

Please be aware we require a deposit to confirm all bookings. 

48 Hour Cancellation Policy

Please be aware that all appointments will require a deposit to secure your appointment time. The deposit amount will be subtracted from your total cost on the day, and will only be held in the case of cancellation or rescheduling within 48 hours of appointment.

Appointment Changes

You can change your booking 48 hours before your appointment by calling, or texting us. Cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours of appointment will result in loss of deposit. Booked services cannot be cancelled on arrival of appointment.

Deposits

Please be aware that all appointments will require a deposit to secure your appointment time. The deposit amount will be subtracted from your total cost on the day, and will only be forfeited in the case of cancellation or rescheduling within 48 hours of appointment.

If your appointment is over $450 - we will require a $150 holding deposit,

If your appointment is under $450 - we will require a $100 holding deposit.

If you are a regular returning client, we offer the option of a running deposit to secure your future appointment, however the same 48 hour cancellation or changes policy applies.


No show appointments are charged 100% cancellation fee.

We run by appointment, therefore late arrivals of 15 minutes or more may be unable to be serviced, and if so, the cancellation policy will apply.


Clients will be contacted 7 days prior to their booking, this will be to confirm your booked services/make changes and to take your non-refundable booking fee. Failure to pay your booking fee within 24 hours will result in the appointment being cancelled. A confirmation sms will be sent three (3) days before you’re appointment, this needs to be confirmed. We have the right to cancel any unconfirmed appointments.

Our highly trained technicians provide professional results using the finest products available. Teaz Hair cannot guarantee lasting results unless you are using recommended home care products purchased from Teaz Hair and/or if you swim regularly.

As per the Small Business and the Competition and Consumer Act, any problems with your service must be reported within one (1) week of the original service by phone call or in person. As per the Small Business and the Competition and Consumer Act, Teaz Hair will then fix the service or replace the product at no charge, within one (7) days of the report of the fault. 

We do not provide re-do’s if you change your mind, or choose not to follow home hair care advice. In the unlikely event that you have a problem with your hair, please contact the salon within 7 days. We do not provide refunds, and will do our utmost to ensure you are happy with your new colour or style.

Due to Queensland’s strict OH&S laws, all children under the age of 18 that are not receiving a service must not be present at your appointment. We work with hazardous chemicals, sharp and very hot tools, your child’s safety is important to us and it should be to you too.

Out of respect to all of our clients who spend their hard-earned money to have valued relax and pamper time with us, unruly clients and/or their children will be asked to leave the salon and may be refused future entry.

Prices displayed are a guide only. Exact prices cannot be given via phone, email, sms or social media and are only confirmed in salon upon consultation with your hairstylist.
